Now that YouTube has moved into the podcasting space, many of you have been asking us should I move my podcast to YouTube Podcasts?
The short answer is no. If you've been podcasting for years with audio only, then it does not make sense to move your podcast back catalog over to YouTube. The best course of action would to be to start video podcasting with YouTube going forward.
If you do have video podcast content that isn't uploaded to YouTube yet (and it's still relevant, evergreen information), now is a good time to move that over to YouTube and follow the steps to set up a podcast on YouTube. If the videos are already on YouTube, make sure you identify them as a podcast to YouTube so that your show is more discoverable here.
