How do you make sure that your podcast is seen and heard by as many people as possible? That's where SEO comes in. Having good SEO and optimizing your podcast titles and descriptions as well as show notes is key to discoverability. On this episode of The Flow, Doc and Katie are joined by Sarah McDowell from @CaptivatePodcasting

Sarah is a digital marketer, podcaster, speaker and book co-author. She is passionate about marketing, SEO, podcasting, self-development, personal growth, coffee and her dog called Ben. She’s been working in digital marketing, specialising in SEO since 2012 and started working for the podcast host, Captivate at the beginning of 2022. Sarah caught the podcasting bug in 2018, and recently launched her fourth show, called The SEO Mindset, which combines three of her passions, SEO, self-development, and personal growth. Sarah loves to learn and teaches others through podcasting, speaking at conferences and events, and she was a co-author of two books at the end of last year, ‘In House SEO Success (3rd Edition)’ by Blue Array and ‘SEO in 2023’ by Majestic.
