In this episode, we're chatting with Dina Taylor.
In 2017, Dina spent two weeks housesitting in the country. When her friend came home early, Dina declared she wasn't leaving. Six weeks later, she moved two dogs and too much stuff into a 95-year-old farmhouse.
That little acre of land offered a salmon run, bald eagles, hummingbirds, and an occasional wandering bull as subjects for Dina to hone her photography skills.
It was also ideal for starting a kitchen garden. Dina's mission to learn how to grow her own food inspired her to launch a livestream cooking show on YouTube.
Dina holds an English degree, a Masters of Science in Information Management, and a patent in the US and Europe. She's even worked for tech giants Microsoft and Amazon. But none of that is as fulfilling for her as her life at Silver Lining Homeplace.
