For over 10 years, Justin has worked with churches starting from internship to full-time Media Director to consultant/coach for churches across the US. Some of the areas he's worked with churches include website design and strategy, social media and email marketing, blogging, event marketing, community outreach, and video production. Justin received a Bachelor's of Music in Church Music from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas. While in college he served as a Youth Intern and after graduating he worked in Killeen, TX as the IT/Media Director for Memorial Baptist Church. In 2016, Justin created Church Marketing School which then merged with Church Training Academy in 2017. Now Justin works with his partner Dave Curlee to teach small and medium sized churches how to exploit media and technology – maximizing their ministries.
